Part D: Certification
Once approved by the BIS board, it is the requesting organization’s responsibility to meet the following policies and guidelines:
a) All the funds collected at BIS will be used properly for the intended purpose and there will be a proper accounting.
b) BIS Board holds the right to cancel/reschedule the events/fundraisers due to any unpredictable or unforeseen circumstances.
